Lack of business growth? 💡Here's what to do.

Going through the assessments you've sent me... and there are a few challenges that EVERYONE seems to be facing.

💡 If you are experiencing an income plateau, or stagnancy in your business... here is exactly HOW to shift it 💡

1.  Check your mindset and beliefs.

You are SUCH a powerful being. That you will PROVE YOURSELF right every time. If you believe that people aren't spending money, and the business climate is tough?  Guess what... you will prove yourself right. It will subtly affect your ability to see opportunities and take action.

Remind yourself that there are other possibilities.

I was talking to a friend about this the other day... and apparently Home Depot kept selling out of the 40 foot skeleton at Halloween. They just couldn't keep them in stock, they were selling instantly.

And so... I remind myself.  People have money to spend. They will buy what matters to them. They will spend money if it's important to them!!

Which means... we have work to do! It's up to us to communicate the value and the importance and the impact of BUYING our products & services!

2.  Are you growing your community?

Your community is the foundation of your business. If it is flat... this is one of the first places to focus your attention. These are the people on your email list, engaging in your social media, showing up for what you have to offer... free or paid!! 

So first... make SURE you get an email list. So you can nurture, support and educate your community. When they are ready to buy... you will have cultivated trust and connection with them.

Second... take time GROWING it!! Are you seeing people join your list regularly? There are a few strategies to get people to join your community... but an easy one is sharing something of value, or providing important education... if they see it's valuable...they will eagerly anticipate connecting with you in this way!
Do you have a freebie that people are downloading regularly? And how are you getting exposed to new people and new communities?

3.  Are you taking care of your existing community?

It's so true that it is easier to keep an existing client than find a new one. So take the time to honour, nurture and support those who have already worked with you. Are you making it easy for them to be repeat customers? Is there a way for them to share your work with friends? Keeping clients engaged for longer periods of time is an important sign of a healthy business!!
